Genesis 1:3 (KJV)  And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.

3 John 1:2 (KJV) AND GOD SAID   Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health,
AND MANKIND - BECAME SICK AND POOR.   HAY - WAIT A MINUTE,  WHAT HAPPENED??
The true and only eternal living God loves you.  He loves you so dearly that he sent his son to suffer and die just for you.  
Isaiah 53:5 (KJV) But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.  
2 Corinthians 8:9 (NKJV) For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, that you through His poverty might become rich.     He does want the best for you.Psalm 35:27 PROVES IT - Let them shout for joy, and be glad, that favor my righteous cause: yea, let them say continually, Let the LORD be magnified, which hath pleasure in the prosperity of his servant.  God said that not me.    So if you believe that it is holy and good in God’s sight to be poor you are believing a lie.  We know that all lies are from satan.  So tell him to shut up in Jesus’ name and learn from God’s word how to get your unclaimed wealth.
God made a covenant with Abraham and passed it on to us through His beloved son Jesus. Galatians 3:13-14 (NIV) Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us, for it is written:  Cursed is everyone who is hung on a tree. 14 He redeemed us in order that the blessing given to Abraham might come to the Gentiles through Christ Jesus, so that by faith we might receive the promise of the Spirit.  There were 2 blessings given to Abraham, THE SPIRITUAL & THE PHYSICAL. 
So what did Abraham have?  Genesis 24:34-35 (KJV) 34And he said, I am Abraham’s servant. 35And the LORD hath blessed my master greatly; and he is become great: and he hath given him flocks, and herds, and silver, and gold, and menservants, and maidservants, and camels, and asses.  God tells us why Abraham had so much- Hebrews 11:8 (KJV) By faith Abraham, when he was called to go out into a place which he should after receive for an inheritance, obeyed; and he went out, not knowing whither he went. Galatians 3:6 (KJV) Even as Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.  BUT BELIEVE IT OR NOT GOD DID NOT JUST GIVE US ABRAHAM'S BLESSINGS, HE GAVE US MORE. LOOK AT - Hebrews 8:6 (NIV)  But the ministry Jesus has received is as superior to theirs as the covenant of which he is mediator is superior to the old one, and it is founded on better promises.  OUR COVENANT IS GREATER. 
So why are Christians worried about the price of hamburger while the sinners are eating stake and lobster?  It all boils down to one short little sentience.   1} John 14:15 (KJV) If ye love me, keep my commandments. 
Job 36:11 (KJV) If they obey and serve him, they shall spend their days in prosperity, and their years in pleasures. Notice pleasures is plural.  You can not be in pleasures while wallowing in poverty and sickness.  Now we know that God has told us to love Him and praise Him no matter what condition our condition is in.  
Philippians 4:11-13 (NIV)  I am not saying this because I am in need, for I have learned to be content whatever the circumstances. 12 I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want. 13 I can do everything through him who gives me strength. BUT THIS SCRIPTURE DOES NOT MEAN THAT YOU HAVE TO STAY IN POVERTY YOUR WHOLE LIFE.  IT MEANS THAT FOR THE SHORT TIME YOU ARE THERE, LEARN TO BE CONTENT IN THE LORD AND LEARN WHAT YOU NEED TO DO FOR THE LORD TO MOVE YOU UP.   BECAUSE GOD WOULD THAT-
Isaiah 1:19  If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land:  
Do you want the prosperity that God has for you?              
LETS TAKE A LOOK AT WILLING AND OBEDIENT.
When you truly accept Jesus as your Lord and savior by speaking it with your mouth and believing on Him  in your heart then you inter into a covenant with God.  For a covenant to work, it requires the necessity of an exchange.  God will give us the blessing, which is actually the anointing power to be a winner.  This is the anointing power to have success in all areas of our lives, so that the world can see God in all we do.  God’s anointing is his SUPER- OMNI- ABILITY added to our ability.  You get this blessing/anointing by obedience.  Your money won’t buy God’s anointing.  We trade our obedience with our money, for God’s anointing.
There are many areas that the lover of our soul calls us to be obedient in.  We will take a look at some of them.
2.}     Hebrews 7:1-4 (KJV)  For this Melchisedec, king of Salem, priest of the most high God, who met Abraham returning from the slaughter of the kings, and blessed him; 2 To whom also Abraham gave a tenth part of all; first being by interpretation King of righteousness, and after that also King of Salem, which is, King of peace; 3 Without father, without mother, without descent, having neither beginning of days, nor end of life; but made like unto the Son of God; abideth a priest continually. 4Now consider how great this man was, unto whom even the patriarch Abraham gave the tenth of the spoils. 
As we see here, giving God a tenth of all your spoils is not just a Jewish thing, but was established before the Jewish nation was made.  It is believed "this Melchisedec" is the preincarnate Jesus.  GEN. 14:18-20
Malachi 3:10 (KJV)  Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.  
God is saying here that he will pour you out the anointing or power to get more then you have room for.  Why would God give you the ability to get more then you can ever use?  
Before I Answer this, I want to look at Malachi 3:11 And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground; neither shall your vine cast her fruit before the time in the field, saith the LORD of hosts.   Our God says that he will rebuke the devourer for your sake, IF you give to God’s store house.  Do you fill like the devourer has set up his head quarters in your kitchen.   AND I’m not talking about those of you with teenagers.
Ok already, I understand that I have to pay a tenth of my take home pay.  You know, that’s what I get after I have my automatic savings taken out and after my medical insurance is taken out AND after my mandatory retirement fund is feed AND after my ex-spouse gets the auto withdraw of child support AND after uncle Sam gets his, God gets a tenth of the remainder.  
IS THAT WHAT GOD SAID HE WANTS? 
Nehemiah 10:35-37a (KJV) 35And to bring the firstfruits of our ground, and the firstfruits of all fruit of all trees, year by year, unto the house of the LORD: 36Also the firstborn of our sons, and of our cattle, as it is written in the law, and the firstlings of our herds and of our flocks, to bring to the house of our God, unto the priests that minister in the house of our God: 37And that we should bring the firstfruits of our dough, and our offerings, and the fruit of all manner of trees, of wine and of oil, unto the priests, to the chambers of the house of our God;....  it sounds like God is asking for the 1st tenth of all you receive.  Not just the last half of your paycheck.  Lets look at Prov. for clarity.   Proverbs 3:9-10 (KJV)   Honour the LORD with thy substance, and with the firstfruits of all thine increase: 10 So shall thy barns be filled with plenty, and thy presses shall burst out with new wine. 

3.} LOOK AT   -  Haggai 1:5-6 (KJV) 5Now therefore thus saith the LORD of hosts; Consider your ways. 6Ye have sown much, and bring in little; ye eat, but ye have not enough; ye drink, but ye are not filled with drink; ye clothe you, but there is none warm; and he that earneth wages earneth wages to put it into a bag with holes.  For so long it felt like my bag had no bottom rather then just a few holes.   LOOK AT -           
Haggai 1:9 (KJV)  Ye looked for much, and, lo, it came to little; and when ye brought it home, I did blow upon it. Why? saith the LORD of hosts. Because of mine house that is waste, and ye run every man unto his own house.  Again we see we are to take care of the needs of the church. When was the last time you helped work on or around the church?
A few minuets ago I made a statement about God giving you the power to get wealth.  I want to clarify and prove my point.      
Rather then just up and giving everyone a new car, house etc. He is giving us the power to get what we need and want.   Deuteronomy 8:18 (KJV)  But thou shalt remember the LORD thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day.  This does not mean God can not hand you over something.  This just seems to be the most common way God deals with us.  
I quoted two scriptures earlier to prove that God does want us to have, this side of heaven.  for those not yet convinced here is -
Psalm 84:11 (KJV)  For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.  It is God’s will that will prevail.  If you love Me keep My commands.  
4.} Now let’s look at offerings. 
Exodus 25:2 (KJV)  Speak unto the children of Israel, that they bring me an offering: of every man that giveth it willingly with his heart ye shall take my offering. 
Psalm 96:8 (KJV) Give unto the LORD the glory due unto his name: bring an offering, and come into his courts.
Malachi 2:13-15 (NIV) 13Another thing you do: You flood the LORD’S altar with tears. You weep and wail because he no longer pays attention to your offerings or accepts them with pleasure from your hands. 14You ask, Why?  It is because the LORD is acting as the witness between you and the wife of your youth, because you have broken faith with her, though she is your partner, the wife of your marriage covenant.  15Has not the LORD made them one? In flesh and spirit they are his. And why one? Because he was seeking godly offspring.  So guard yourself in your spirit, and do not break faith with the wife of your youth.   
1 Peter 3:7 (KJV)  Likewise, ye husbands, dwell with them according to knowledge, giving honour unto the wife, as unto the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of the grace of life; that your prayers be not hindered. 
1. If ye love me, keep my commandments.
2. To be blessed by God we need to tithe off of the top of what we receive willingly and joyously. 
3rdly We need to help, if we are physically able, keep the church clean and looking nice, outside and in. 
4th We need to give our offerings which is above and beyond our tithing, joyously and willingly.  
5th We need to keep love and faith between us and our spouse.     
5.}  Now let’s get back to discussing – the blessing:
The blessing is not the manifestation, the blessing/anointing is the spiritual aspect.  The manifestation is the result of the blessing.  A few minuets ago I made reference to the blessing being the anointing power given by God.  I wish to clarify this thought.    Deuteronomy 8:18 (KJV) But thou shalt remember the LORD thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day. 
Here God is telling us that the covenant we spoke of earlier is on his mind.  He is saying that He is giving us the power to get wealth so that He can HONOR his half of the covenant.   
The power we receive is thee anointing.  God does not always just dump the car, house, million dollar inheritance in our lap.  But, He will bless what we do.  Look,He says he will- 
Deuteronomy 29:9 (KJV)  Keep therefore the words of this covenant, and do them, that ye may prosper in all that ye do. 
God wants us to prosper in all aspects of our lives.  Not just our pocket book. Our family, our health, every thing we touch.  He wants the world to see the outward blessing of the inner anointing.  This next verse tells us a lot about what we are expected to do in order to activate this anointing power and get the wealth. 
Joshua 1:7-8 (KJV) 7 Only be thou strong and very courageous, (if you do not stand strong against the world, and if you do not stand strong for the Lord, you can not inherit the blessings that have no sorrow attached.)  7Only be thou strong and very courageous that thou mayest observe to do according to all the law, which Moses my servant commanded thee: turn not from it to the right hand or to the left, that thou mayest prosper whithersoever thou goest. 8This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.   The law we have today is, love the Lord your God with all of your heart, soul and mind, and love your neighbor as yourself.  In doing so you will fulfill all of the laws. 
COMPARE THIS WITH -
Psalm 1:2-3 (KJV) 2 But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.  3 And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.  This is a promise you can have. Imagine being so in tune with the lover of your soul that you do His righteous will to the extent that every thing you touch prospers.  Everything!  Talk about out performing old Midas.
6.} Talking about old Midas reminds me of a question that I asked earlier.  I now want to answer it.  We had been looking at Malachi 3:10 and I had asked, Why would God give us more then we could ever use?  
Matthew 5:42,44  Give to the one who asks you, and do not turn away from the one who wants to borrow from you.   44 But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;   Matthew 10:8 (KJV)  Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give.   Luke 6:30 -36 (KJV) 30 Give to every man that asketh of thee; and of him that taketh away thy goods ask them not again. 31And as ye would that men should do to you, do ye also to them likewise. 32 For if ye love them which love you, what thank have ye? for sinners also love those that love them.  33 And if ye do good to them which do good to you, what thank have ye? for sinners also do even the same. 34 And if ye lend to them of whom ye hope to receive, what thank have ye? for sinners also lend to sinners, to receive as much again.  35 But love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for he is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil. 36 Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful.
2 Corinthians 8:12-15 (NIV) 12 For if the willingness is there, the gift is acceptable according to what one has, not according to what he does not have.  13 Our desire is not that others might be relieved while you are hard pressed, but that there might be equality. 14 At the present time your plenty will supply what they need, so that in turn their plenty will supply what you need. Then there will be equality, 15 as it is written:  He who gathered much did not have too much, and he who gathered little did not have too little.  
Remember God never asks any one to take what they do not have and Give it to others.   Never borrow to give to some one else.  NEVER. 
With out trusting in God it is impossible to please him.  Do not let the spirit of fear take over and stop you from giving to God.  You have to open up and trust God with your money.  The key to the anointing is simple, obey God and do what he tells you to do.  Do not let that satanic spirit of fear tell you that God is going to ask you to give up everything you have so that your family will go with out.  Remember what God said, 
7.} 1 Timothy 5:8 (NIV)  If anyone does not provide for his relatives, and especially for his immediate family, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.  He not only calls us to take care of our immediate needs but he tells us to save for our grand children’s future.  PROV. 22:13a  A good man leaves an inheritance for his children’s children,  God is not going to leave you destitute as long as you are willing to listen to His Word and change what needs to be changed in your heart and mind. 
"IN THE NAME OF JESUS I CAST OUT THAT SPIRIT OF POVERTY AND FEAR FROM THE LIVES, HEARTS AND MINDS OF THOSE SEEKING A CLOSER RELATIONSHIP WITH THE TRUE AND ONLY LIVING GOD AND FATHER."

OK I’LL STOP READING GOD'S WORD ABOUT GIVING TO OTHERS; YOU CAN UNPLUG YOUR EARS, AND STOP DAYDREAMING.  
8.} I want to talk now about one of the biggest areas that we fail in.  Faith. 
Hebrews 11:6 (KJV) But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.    James 1:6-8 (NIV) 6But when he asks, he must believe and not doubt, because he who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind. 7That man should not think he will receive anything from the Lord; 8he is a double-minded man, unstable in all he does.  
These two scriptures are very straight forward.  With out a stable unwavering faith you will not please God, and you will not receive.    
Mark 9:23-24 (KJV) 23Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth. 24And straightway the father of the child cried out, and said with tears, Lord, I believe; help thou mine unbelief.   If this is a problem area for you pray this or a similar prayer over yourself daily.  
Heavenly Father thank you for helping me to allow my faith to grow strong in You.  Thank you for helping me to quit doubting and to remain steadfast in You.  Strengthen my faith and bring down my unbelief in Jesus name amen. 
We discussed all the blessings that Abraham received, he received them because of his faith.  Hebrews 11:8 -9 (KJV) 8 By faith Abraham, when he was called to go out into a place which he should after receive for an inheritance, obeyed; and he went out, not knowing whither he went. 9 By faith he sojourned in the land of promise, as in a strange country, dwelling in tabernacles with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs with him of the same promise:   
He was willing to leave the safety of all he knew and step out into a strange land.
Do you need abundant blessings in any or all areas of your life?  Step out in faith OBEYING God With your money and watch what he can do. 
Lets look at another  way we keep God from blessing us. 
WHAT!  MORE!! There is no way I can remember or even do all that He is asking, it’s impossible.   You’re right; with out the spirit of the living God dwelling in you, it is impossible.  Down deep inside we all know it is not impossible if we are truly living for the Lord who created us and loves us with all of his being. 
Hebrews 11:5 (KJV)  By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God.            
James 2:22-23 (KJV) 22 Seest thou how faith wrought with his works, and by works was faith made perfect? 23 And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God.    Daniel 10:11 (KJV) And he said unto me, O Daniel, a man greatly beloved, understand the words that I speak unto thee, and stand upright: for unto thee am I now sent. And when he had spoken this word unto me, I stood trembling.  With faith in God and faithful service for Him we all can have the same titles given us.         
Matthew 25:23 (KJV) His lord said unto him, Well done, good and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.   Oh child of Mine, you have pleased Me and are greatly beloved. 
Once you have accepted true salvation through the blood of Jesus and allowed His Holy Spirit to dwell in you, it will be easier for you to follow his commands and receive the rewards he has for you.  Now that you understand it is not totally up to you, lets look at another one. 

9.} We know that we are to obey the laws of the land, as long as they do not tell us to lie,cheat, steal, kill or turn against Jesus. We’ve all heard the one that says,"THOU SHALL NOT RACE THY CHARIOTS OVER 65 MPH”.  Hebrews 13:17 (NIV) Obey your leaders and submit to their authority. They keep watch over you as men who must give an account. Obey them so that their work will be a joy, not a burden, for that would be of no advantage to you.  Well, race thy chariots may not be an exact quote, but here is one from our Lord and Savior -   Luke 20:22-25 (NIV) 22 Is it right for us to pay taxes to Caesar or not?  23He saw through their duplicity and said to them, 24 Show me a denarius. Whose portrait and inscription are on it?   25 Caesar’s, they replied. He said to them, Then give to Caesar what is Caesar’s, and to God what is God’s.  
Any one that tells you we should not pay our taxes because our government is corrupt needs to do a serious study on the sin of the roman emperors.  Again Jesus does not say give unto Caesar more then he asks.  Do not let satan lie to you and tell you not to take any tax breaks that are given to us by our legislature.  Ok, I’m finished with obeying the laws of the land.   I tried to keep it short and sweet.
Our Creator wants us to spend time with Him in prayer and Bible study.  He will teach you His financial ways if you do.   NEXT
10.} Lets spend a few minutes talking about roots.  Your roots determine your fruits.  What are your roots grounded in?  The one that loves us tells us - 
1 Timothy 6:9 (NIV) People who want to get rich fall into temptation and a trap and into many foolish and harmful desires that plunge men into ruin and destruction.  
(KJV)10  For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.  God has told us He will give us financial blessings with no sorrow attached. 
This is a scripture that satan has caused Christians to misinterpret so that he can keep them from being able to help God’s people in time of need.  Here we are told that people who want to get rich fall into temptation, ruin and finally destruction.  
God has promised us that he would not give us trials greater then we can bare.  My prayer for me is that my loving God will help me, TO ALLOW HIM, to change my heart so that he can use me to bless others.  If your income has never been more then a thousand or two a month then maybe God knows how much testing you can handle.  Lets take a closer look at this idea by looking at the root.  :10For the love of money is the root of all evil:  Money is nether good nor bad, until you touch it.  Here we are told that the LOVE FOR AND THE LOVE OF the money is the root cause of all the evil in men’s and women’s hearts.  Are your roots grounded in a lust for money and things of this world?  Or are your roots grounded in – LOVE
Ephesians 3:16-19 (KJV) 16 That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man; 17 That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, 18 May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height; 19And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God. IN ALL AREAS.  You need to know the love of the true and living Christ.  When you are grounded in Hs love He will give you all of the fullness of God.  GOD SAID TO GIVE-  
Luke 6:38 (NIV) Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.  REMEMBER - for he is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil. 36 Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful.  The reason God wants to bless us is so that we can in turn bless others.  But we don’t.  We take what God gives us and hoard IT.   
11.} James 4:3-4 (KJV) Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts. 
You are given so that you can willingly and JOYOUSLY give. 

Job 8:7 (KJV) Though thy beginning was small, yet thy latter end should greatly increase.  

We spoke earlier of the anointing power of God.  When you are born again you are given all you need to succeed and be blessed. 
Ephesians 1:3 (KJV) Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ:   This tells us that he has blessed us with all we are going to need.  But, until we allow God to change us and WE become the master over money, the power is going to remain locked up inside of us. 
Proverbs 10:22 (KJV)  The blessing of the LORD, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it.
GOD SAID THAT.
There is so much more that God has to say, but is all comes down to obedience.  
2 Chronicles 26:5 (KJV)  And he sought God in the days of Zechariah, who had understanding in the visions of God: and as long as he sought the LORD, God made him to prosper.       Psalm 34:9-10, 17 (KJV) 9 O fear the LORD, ye his saints: for there is no want to them that fear him. 10 The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger: but they that seek the LORD shall not want any good thing.  17 The righteous cry, and the LORD heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles.
Matthew 6:33 (KJV) But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; REMEMBER GOD SAID-Be ye holy; for I am holy, {1 Peter 1:16}- and all these things shall be added unto you.  
Numbers 23:19 (KJV)  God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?  God is now waiting on you.  He is waiting for you to do what He is asking.  When you do your part in the exchange God will richly, do his.  
If you have one apple you will go hungry, if you have a tree you can do a little for your self and very little for others.  But if you want the apple orchard so that you will never be with out, you -  
12.} NEED THE WISDOM TO WORK THAT ORCHARD- 
Proverbs 13:4 (NKJV) The soul of a lazy man desires, and has nothing; But the soul of the diligent shall be made rich.
Proverbs 6:6-11 (KJV) 6 Go to the ant, thou sluggard; consider her ways, and be wise: 7 Which having no guide, overseer, or ruler, 8 Provideth her meat in the summer, and gathereth her food in the harvest. 9 How long wilt thou sleep, O sluggard? when wilt thou arise out of thy sleep?   10 Yet a little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to sleep: 11 So shall thy poverty come as one that travelleth, and thy want as an armed man.
AND BE WILLING TO SHARE.      

Proverbs 8:12-18,21 (KJV) 12  I wisdom dwell with prudence, and find out knowledge of witty inventions. 13The fear of the LORD is to hate evil: pride, and arrogancy, and the evil way, and the froward mouth, do I hate. 14Counsel is mine, and sound wisdom: I am understanding; I have strength. 15By me kings reign, and princes decree justice. 16By me princes rule, and nobles, even all the judges of the earth. 17I love them that love me; and those that seek me early shall find me. 18 Riches and honour are with me; yea, durable riches and righteousness.  21 That I may cause those that love me to inherit substance; and I will fill their treasures.   The spiritual anointing gives you the power to inherit the physical substance. 

Just as there are natural laws of physics that we have to follow to keep from being hurt or killed there are laws of finances that have to be followed. 
Proverbs 11:25 (NIV) A generous man will prosper; he who refreshes others will himself be refreshed.
Remember, you do not own anything, God owns it all and is just letting you use what he has given you.  
13.} God does watch how you handle what he has entrusted to you.  Matthew 25:26-30 (NKJV) 26 “But his lord answered and said to him, ‘You wicked and lazy servant, you knew that I reap where I have not sown, and gather where I have not scattered seed. 27 So you ought to have deposited my money with the bankers, and at my coming I would have received back my own with interest. 28 So take the talent from him, and give it to him who has ten talents. 29 ‘For to everyone who has, more will be given, and he will have abundance; but from him who does not have, even what he has will be taken away. 30 And cast the unprofitable servant into the outer darkness. There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.’
GOD SAID THAT NOT I. 

14.} 1 Timothy 5:17-18 (NIV) 17The elders who direct the affairs of the church well are worthy of double honor, especially those whose work is preaching and teaching. 18For the Scripture says, Do not muzzle the ox while it is treading out the grain, and The worker deserves his wages.

1. God has made a covenant with all those that have been truly born again by the blood of the Lamb.  Which is Jesus Christ our only savior.  To what extent you are blessed by God depends completely on you, no one else.  You can never ever blame anyone for your financial condition.  So seek ye 1st the kingdom of God and his righteousness.              
Your personal relationship with God is first and foremost.  Spend time in prayer and His Word.  Not just a minute a week, give him concentrated time every day as well as saying, "HI I LOVE YOU."  Every waking hour.    
God said your faith has made you WHOLE.  Do not let it waver. {heal, preserve, save (self), do well, be (make) whole}
2. Pay your tithe and any offering that God asks.  Do it willingly and JOYOUSLY.
Matthew 5:42 (NIV) Give to the one who asks you, and do not turn away from the one who wants to borrow from you.
3. Follow God’s financial plan, not mans.
Finally be positive because you serve a positive God.  Ignore the circumstances around you.  Ignore those that speak negative.  Be happy, where you are at now, in the Lord, knowing that soon and very soon he is going to reward you according to your work.  

John 9:41 (NKJV)  Jesus said to them, “If you were blind, you would have no sin; but now you say, ‘We see.’ Therefore your sin remains. 
James 4:17 (NKJV)  Therefore, to him who knows to do good and does not do it, to him it is sin.        
Malachi 2:2 (KJV)  If ye will not hear, and if ye will not lay it to heart, to give glory unto my name, saith the LORD of hosts, I will even send a curse upon you, and I will curse your blessings: yea, I have cursed them already, because ye do not lay it to heart. 

James 1:25 (NKJV)  But he who looks into the perfect law of liberty and continues in it, and is not a forgetful hearer but a doer of the work, this one will be blessed in what he does. 
God has given two prayers in his Word.  I will finish with them & you decide in your heart which you want.  
1 Chronicles 4:10 (KJV)  And Jabez called on the God of Israel, saying, Oh that thou wouldest bless me indeed, and enlarge my coast, and that thine hand might be with me, and that thou wouldest keep me from evil, that it may not grieve me! And God granted him that which he requested.
Proverbs 30:7-9 (NKJV) Two things I request of You (Deprive me not before I die): 8 Remove falsehood and lies far from me; Give me neither poverty nor riches—  Feed me with the food allotted to me; 9  Lest I be full and deny You, And say, “Who is the LORD?” Or lest I be poor and steal, And profane the name of my God. 

Ephesians 3:20-21 (NIV) 20Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, 21to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.
